Special General Membership Meeting

Dear NSHA V Members,

We wish to clear up any confusion with respect to the special meeting on Sunday, July 16, 2023 at 5:00 p.m.

The meeting is still being held via  Teleconference Line 1-605-472-5725, access code 19570165#. This is not  an in-person meeting, and we apologize if there has been any confusion.

The current Board, memberships and  committees are required to abide by the bylaws with respect to this  special meeting. A copy of the bylaws and a list of the Board Nominations can be reviewed on the website at https://www.nsharegv.com.

The special general membership meeting  is being held with respect to the resignations of Board Positions and  has a special agenda as follows:
